Return Policy

For all purchases made through the website www.mrgarciacigars.com and that require a return, the following requirements must be met:

1. In order to maintain the wholesomeness of our products and specifically because of the circumstances related to COVID-19 we do not accept returns of any kind of tobacco or tobacco package.
2. Returns can only be made on accessories within 5 days of receipt of the order.
3. If you received a package and when you open it you find that the product arrives with damage or in poor condition, it must be reported to the email mrgarciacigars@gmail.com the same day of receipt of the product.
4. If you request the return of an accessory, it must be in perfect condition and without physical damage such as: scratches, bumps, stains, among others. The product must be in its original packaging and with tags. We do not accept returns of accessories that have been used.
5. If you request a return, you must assume the costs of returning the product and with the conditions expressed in the previous point.
6. If Mr. Garcia is the cause of a return by sending the wrong product (first of all, we apologize) we will assume the cost of returning the product and shipping the new product as soon as possible.
7. If you want to return a product, go to the contact us section and in the form enter the order data, your identification and indicating the reasons for the return. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Mr. Garcia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements described above.

Shipping conditions

How long do shipments take?

The delivery time for orders is ______ hours/working days from the moment the order is confirmed. After the order confirmation we will send an email with all the shipping and transport information.

If for any circumstance the order is delayed, we will contact you.

Once the order is consolidated, it is not allowed to change the shipping address unless the customer pays for it and both parties (buyer and Mr. Garcia) agree.

How much is the shipping cost?

On purchases over 100 USD all shipping costs are free of charge.

The buyer must pay the shipping cost if the purchase is less than 100 USD, and it will be calculated based on the delivery address or destination.

Can I order shipments outside the USA?

No, we only ship nationally.
